My workout Plan

Right now my workout plan is pretty limited to the 30 day Shred by Jillian Michaels. Which I honestly believe that everyone should do it no matter, fat or not. 
I already had started but I didn’t organize myself quite well so I had to stop. I am starting again pay attention to the blog that I will post everything here.

Other then the shred I am to run every morning, it is an habit that I developed, my day is not the same without my morning run… :)
